Longships Class – No Pen Wednesday

Sophie Law 18th October 2016

Last Wednesday there was a strict ‘no pens’ rule and in Longships Class we focused on practicing our speaking and listening. During the morning, the children became weather forecasters and in groups came up with a weather forecast. In the afternoon, each group had the chance to record their weather forecast and all of them did an amazing job of speaking clearly and confidently and listening attentively to their peers. They also very much enjoyed watching each of their forecasts afterwards!

Here are some photos of the forecasters presenting their weather reports:

Our Children in Need Sponsored Ramble was a huge success. All children are now back at school - tired, but triumphant! Thank you to the FLS for providing drinks and biscuits. ... See MoreSee Less
